1′ 5 kg de pollo (contramuslos) – 1’5 kg chicken (thighs)
aceite de oliva – olive oil
1 puerro no muy grande – 1 leek, not very big
2 dientes de ajo – 2 garlic cloves
2 hojas de laurel – 2 bay leaves
1 tomate pelado – 1 tomato, pealed
2 vasitos de vino tinto – 2 glasses of red wine
2 vasitos de caldo de verduras – 2 glasses of vegetable stock
sal – salt
pimienta – pepper

olla exprés – pressure cooker

tiempo de cocción en la olla 30 min – 30 min in the pressure cooker
